Refund policy

The freshness and safe delivery of your products is important to us. That is why we freeze our cake jars and cold ship them with ice, in insulated packaging using Priority Mail (1 - 3 business days). Any delay of more than 3 days, may cause the products to  become compromised, especially in the warmer climate. 

BY PURCHASING, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

Sugar & Cream Cake Studio will not be responsible for any delay that may occur once we have surrendered the products to USPS. Please note that all sales are final due to the perishable nature of the products.
